We don't want to give anything away to anyone reading the comment to the post, but has anyone seen it yet? If so, are you as torn up as me that Rachel (and we) never got an answer to that big question? Oh god, it is just tearing me up. What a movie.

I have plans to see it today at 1:30 - now I am completely intrigued.
I read that Anne Hathaway is Oscar good in this film? Can't wait, probably will have to though because everything takes so much longer to come out in Europe!
Roger Ebert gave it 4 stars yesterday, I can't wait to see it but sadly Hartford CT is not considered a "select city" so it won't be here for about a month...
Vicki - yeah, I heard the same thing, and I think she's a contender. I think everyone is great in the movie. The dad is great, the sister is great.

Oh my goodness... I have got to see this now. I won't be able to sleep. Cut to mom sneaking off to the movies.
I thought this movie was so real - close to perfect. I thought the house (living room fabric, anyone?) and wedding were beautiful!
I got up to use the bathroom and missed the big question!! I have an idea about what it was, but Christ, last time I drink entire "medium" Diet Pepsi before the opening credits.

You know the scene where she asks her mother why did she leave her alone with her brother when the mom knew she was fucked up? I think her mom kinda answered but I wasn't satisfied with it.
