i always think the little iridescent mosaic tiles are pretty but i have a feeling they're going to look dated a few years down the road.

Probably. But a backsplash is such an inexpensive thing to swiitch out in 3 years, right? I suppose if you're going to indulge something trendy, it's a good place to do that.

I think the will be okay as long a neutral color is used.

Wow! Like a disco ball globe...I think that could be very exciting for a kitchen. Mosaic tiles are great for a backsplash. Here's the thing...I think if you go with the glass, there's a possibility that they could look dated down the road. A ceramic mosaic tile backsplash would be more classic and probably hold up better too.

tiny little backsplash tiles and tiny, little hex tiles. they both seem out of scale for a kitchen and at odds with one another. a concern if you're still thinking of using the hex tiles, as well.

Still not loving the tiny tiles for the kitchen floor but hey, who cares if you love them. Adore glass tiles for the backsplash.

Hey, very nice site. I came across this on Google, and I am stoked that I did. I will definitely be coming back here more often. Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table, but am just taking in as much info as I can at the moment. Thanks for sharing.
