I think you have to be a designer to buy through Cowtan, but I'm sure you will be able to find someone in your local area that has an account with them - pretty much everyone does.
it's so lovely! have a chair it would look perfect on... but still looking bc would like to be able to cover the matching sofa in a coordinating fabric and it would be too much for both pieces in my space... might need to find something to use this on though, it's great!
while at cowtan and tout i saw your manuel canovas fabric. i picked up a sample if you want me to send it to you. totally beautiful but a little different to see it in person.
Oh, this is sooo weird!! Yesterday I checked out your blog and saw this post. Today, I received a small lot of old House & Garden magazines that I had bought on Ebay last week and while looking thru one of the issues (Jan. 2006) I saw a picture of this fabric! Yep, Canovas' Elsa. What a coincidence! Monica E.

Thank you, Vanya!

Looks like Marimekko & Dorothy Draper had a child...love it. Glad the mystery was solved.
I would've guessed Marimekko as well. Manuel Canovas...who knew (well, Vanya did).
Very pretty!
oh my gosh! i am in love with that fabric too and left a post on the original thread asking where it was from but didn't get an answer :(
so glad someone here was able to answer! now to find a designer who can buy it....
