I think you have to be a designer to buy through Cowtan, but I'm sure you will be able to find someone in your local area that has an account with them - pretty much everyone does.

Today, I received a small lot of old House & Garden magazines that I had bought on Ebay last week and while looking thru one of the issues (Jan. 2006) I saw a picture of this fabric! Yep, Canovas' Elsa. What a coincidence!
