If decor is your porn, this is your blog.
Alex Prager is blowing up. And up.More HERE.
I love this shot, Prager does some seriously AMAZING work, thanks for posting!
Love the colors, but I am concerned about the ashes--they look as if they are going to fall in her hair. Suppose that's part of the point. Hey, have you checked out Go Fug Yourself blog/website? They are doing the March Madness of bad fashion. Love it. Xoxo,Sl
Ed Wood lives!
ah, the Chookster...
Love her work, and it's nice to see a self taught artist make it big. Seems that is increasingly unusual these days.
I do like this, but it is so clearly inspired by Cindy Sherman (much more so than Wm Eggleston). Almost a rip off, actually. It is hard to believe the LA Times article failed to mention that (I couldn't access the NYT piece -- I hope it cites CS).Oh, since you seem to be on an art film kick lately, you should see 'Guest of Cindy Sherman' -- excellent.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McUHBmaLlR4
If Cindy Sherman felt she was being ripped off, she wouldn't have agreed to a group show with Prager this fall.
A. Prager is addictive! Intoxicating hues, wonderful!
