I love you, Decorno. You are the best. You know how to lighten my mood.
I am coveting that green fabric on chairs. The headboard is cool. Lamps...not so much. Way too sci-fi/Frank Herbert's Dune, for my taste.
Brutalist chandeliers like this are my favorite thing ever. Been hunting for one for too long now.
Did you see the nytimes article on the russian condo? There is a scary purple velvet sectional thing...and the furniture is included in the sale.
I love the dog in the chandelier picture. The dog wasn't scared of it.......; but I was. The headboard was interesting.....it just bothers me that it is so obviously twin headboards hung together......it just bothers me.
One could do better.....(I would chop them up and rejoin) !! so they didn't look so obvious!

I avoid "brutalist" in every way , in every room, in every part of my world. It scares me. That chandelier scares me!

I read somewhere that green was coming back (the forest kind that I used a lot in the 90's)
Love the headboards. If you know someone handy, you can make them with a scroll saw (and cover or paint them yourself)
I like the headboards but they look terrible with those lamps--like the bad olive 70s from my youth. The lamp is pretty and reminds me of that Italian knitwear designer, but again doesn't work with anything else in that room.
