Literally I want to hear HOW everyone is holding up! What's everyone doing to keep upbeat, productive, creative, civil, and inspired? What are you reading? What are you watching on TV? What's your workout?

DOGS WILL SAVE US. I am happy to hear about your rescue dog. We have 3 dogs and they are furry balls of joy. As for survival - I limit my time on Twitter now. I stay informed, but playing Trump's game following his every outrageous move wasn't helping me. I was just getting pissed constantly. I read more... Just finished "Underground In Berlin," a terrific memoir about a young Jewish woman who hid from Nazis. (Protip: the only people she could really trust were anti-fascists, communists, and prostitutes. This is a helpful reminder in modern times.) I'm trying to talk walks, "forest baths" (this is a thing, I guess?), and to do artsy-farsty things. Today I made a hand-built pot that is either hideous or genius, I can't yet decide. I'll wait until it dries.
Really back? Really Really? Cause I need reassurance like Donkey in Shrek. I read verysmartbrothas.com and make art. Love harder. Focus on being myself. Drink wine.

What great news!! I debated cleaning up my feedly (aka procrastinating), moving all of my old favorite blogs that no longer post to their own folder, but ultimately decided that I couldn't miss a revival, no matter how slim the odds were. At long last, vindicated!!
